Pasteurized Milk

The process that the unwanted bacteria and enzymes are killed by raising the temperature of milk for a short time and then cooling for storage.
Milk is heated to 162º F for 15 seconds. This kills unwanted bacteria and enzymes. So that milk called Pasteurized milk.
Pasteurized milk is assumed to cover 25% of the products to be available for sale
